About the Note 10 S Pen

Note 10 S Pen not working, not pairing or lost?
The Note 10 is old enough now that most faults are age rather than accident. Charge behaviour is the thing to check first.
Note 10 S Pen air gestures do nothing
They need Bluetooth, and Bluetooth needs charge. A Note 10 pen that has been in a drawer holds nothing at all. Put it in the slot, wait a full ten minutes rather than one, then re pair under Settings, Advanced features, S Pen.

That pattern is a worn charge store. After six or seven years the supercapacitor in these will not hold, and no amount of slot time fixes it. Writing carries on working, which is why it feels like a partial fault.

The Note 10 slot is spring loaded, so the pen ejects rather than sitting flush. In a bag that means it works its way out and stays behind. This is the most common way Note 10 pens disappear.
