About the Z Fold 6 S Pen
- The Fold display is a plastic laminate, not glass. This pen has a soft retracting tip because a hard one would leave marks that do not come out.
- No Bluetooth and no batteries. Fold pens have never paired with the phone, because there is no slot in the phone to charge from.
- Smart Select and Screen Write are supported on the phone side and work normally with this pen.

Fold pens fail differently to every other pen here, because the screen is soft and the pen has no electronics inside it.
Z Fold 6 S Pen, never use an ordinary S Pen instead
Do not. A phone or tablet S Pen has a hard tip, and the Fold 6 inner display is a plastic laminate that scratches and dents permanently. This is the single most expensive mistake made with a Fold. Use a Z Fold 6 S Pen with the soft retracting tip.

It never will. Fold S Pens have no Bluetooth at all, because a Fold has no slot to charge a pen in. There is no remote shutter and no air gestures on any Fold pen, from the Fold 3 onward.
